Lyra Health completed the acquisition of Bend Health.

Lyra Health, a provider of employer-focused mental health solutions, completed the acquisition of Bend Health, a pediatric mental health specialist. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Lyra and Bend already share a common mission and culture. Welcoming the Bend team into Lyra expands the impact we can have and will help us achieve our joint vision of fully comprehensive whole person, whole family care, through every life moment and stage,” Jennifer Schulz, Lyra Health CEO.
