AvenEx completed the acquisition of Lenzing Plastics from Invest AG.

AvenEx, a global manufacturer specializing in the development and commercialization of multilayered laminated products and extrusion coating technologies, completed the acquisition of Lenzing Plastics, a manufacturer of products made from specialized plastics, from Invest AG, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. The acquisition provides AvenEx with a strong operational foothold in Central Europe, moving it closer to its target customers in the DACH region and across the continent.
