Inszone Insurance Services to acquire Stephenson, Baggs & Guthrie.

Inszone Insurance Services, a provider of commercial, personal, and benefits insurance, agreed to acquire Stephenson, Baggs & Guthrie, an insurance firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We weren’t initially planning to sell. However, after engaging with Inszone, I recognized the value they offered was too significant to pass up.
