VINCI Autoroutes, Eiffage, SFTRF and ATMB to acquire Axxès from Brisa.

VINCI Autoroutes, Eiffage, SFTRF, and ATMB, a French company that manages and operates the Mont Blanc Tunnel, agreed to acquire Axxès, a French company specializing in providing electronic toll collection solutions, from Brisa, a company specializing in the management of road infrastructures and mobility services. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The contemplated transaction would mark another milestone in the execution of Brisa Group’s strategic plan and would consolidate Via Verde as one of the European leaders in mobility. It would be a major step in Via Verde's growth and development strategy, bringing in a company with a strong European presence and a service portfolio that complements the existing Via Verde's offer," António Pires de Lima, Brisa Group CEO.
