Yusen Logistics to acquire the healthcare logistics business from Walden Group for €1.25bn.

Yusen Logistics, a global logistics provider, agreed to acquire the healthcare logistics business from Walden Group, a healthcare logistics company, for €1.25bn. “Today’s announcement is a significant step in our journey to become a leading healthcare logistics player and we look forward to welcoming Walden Health into our group.
