LDG, WS Investco and DBAY-backed Framtid Topco, a private holding company of a group of companies formed by DBAY Advisors, completed the acquisition of a 78.32% stake in APC, an independent parcel delivery network in the UK, for £15m. “William and the new ownership structure align strongly with the values of The APC and will play a pivotal role in our mission to support sustained growth of both the business and our network,” Andy Evans, APC Chairman.
