LDG completed the acquisition of a 50.2% stake in APC from DBAY for £15m.

LDG, an investment company with interests in the logistics industry, completed the acquisition of a 50.2% stake in APC, an independent parcel delivery network in the UK, from DBAY, an asset management firm, for £15m.
