CENIT, a digital transformation and SAP solutions provider, completed the acquisition of a 60% majority stake in Analysis Prime, a SAP planning and analytics leader. Financial terms were not disclosed. “By acquiring Analysis Prime, we are not only welcoming a proven SAP analytics expert to the Group – we are also diversifying our SAP competency and expanding our presence in North America,” Peter Schneck, CENIT CEO.
