Sullivan Street Partners to acquire the aerostructures business from Senior for £200m.

Sullivan Street Partners, a private equity investor, agreed to acquire the aerostructures business from Senior, a manufacturer of high technology components and systems, for £200m. "We are delighted to announce that we have reached a binding agreement for the sale of our Aerostructures business to Sullivan Street Partners.
