Tesonet to acquire Twinsbet Arena from Vilnius City Municipality.

Tesonet, a Lithuanian venture builder and investor, agreed to acquire Twinsbet Arena, a multi-purpose arena managed and operated by the legal entity Star Dome, from Vilnius City Municipality, the administrative governing body of Lithuania's capital. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This acquisition is a key part of our strategy: by investing in the arena, we can pilot advanced technological solutions and organisational innovations in a smaller market,” Evelina Zvinyte, Tesonet Global Head of Strategic Projects.
