AGSM AIM Power completed the acquisition of 22 photovoltaic plants from AIEM Energy transition and sustainable progress AIEM Green and Blu.

AGSM AIM Power, an energy generation and production management subsidiary of the Italian multi-utility AGSM AIM, completed the acquisition of 22 photovoltaic plants from AIEM Green, an Italian company specializing in renewable energy, and Blu, a holding company primarily involved in financial services. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The acquisition marks the concrete launch of the Industrial Plan and confirms the long-term vision with which the AGSM AIM Group approaches the challenges of the energy transition," Federico Testa, AGSM AIM President.
