ActivumSG to acquire a majority stake in Centralis Group.

ActivumSG, a private equity investment manager focused on real estate, agreed to acquire a majority stake in Centralis Group, a provider of alternative investments and corporate services. Financial terms were not disclosed. ActivumSG’s investment will provide capital for growth with ambitions to scale the business into a €500m GAV+ platform in the medium term. In addition to the tax due diligence and the specific contract negotiations, the tax advice also included the organisation and structuring of the investment.
