Maj Invest, a Danish private equity firm, and Novo Holdings, a global life sciences investor, led a $47.5m Series E round in MedGenome, a genomics-driven diagnostics and research company. “India's healthcare ecosystem is increasingly recognizing the transformative potential of genomics, driving innovation and enhancing the country’s healthcare capabilities. This fundraise also reflects the growing adoption of genomics in personalized and preventive healthcare in India as well as other emerging economies,” Vedam Ramprasad, MedGenome CEO.
