DBAY Advisors completed the acquisition of Anexo Group for £70.79m.

DBAY Advisors-backed Alabama Bidco, a UK entity jointly controlled by funds managed by DBAY Advisors and Anexo founders Alan Sellers and Samantha Moss, completed the acquisition of Anexo Group Plc, a legal services and credit hire provider listed on AIM. Financial terms were not disclosed.
