Azimut Group to acquire North Square Investments from Estancia.

Azimut Group, an independent asset manager, agreed to acquire North Square Investments, an independent, multi-boutique investment firm, from Estancia, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. We are extremely excited to be joining the Azimut Group family of companies.
