Alphi Capital completed an investment in RedBlue Heatpumps & Refrigeration.

Alphi Capital, a private equity firm which invests in small and medium-sized Canadian companies in the business services and value added distribution industries, completed an investment in RedBlue Heatpumps & Refrigeration, a provider of HVAC, plumbing and electrical services to both residential and commercial customers. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are incredibly excited about partnering with Alphi and the resources and expertise they bring to the table.
