Etcetera Beheer, Dejox Beheer and Van Munster & De Jong Investeringen completed the acquisition of Rotterdam Harbour Holding from Singapore Post for €35.7m.

Etcetera Beheer, a Dutch holding company, Dejox Beheer, a company that operates in the financial holdings sector, and Van Munster & De Jong Investeringen, a financial holding company, completed the acquisition of Rotterdam Harbour Holding, an independent logistics company, from Singapore Post, a provider of integrated logistics and postal services for €35.7m. "This is a step in SingPost's strategy announced in March 2024, to divest non-core assets and businesses to recycle capital. Following a comprehensive international sale process to explore various options for Famous Holdings, the Board concluded that selling the business in two parts would secure the highest possible valuation,” Simon Israel, SingPost Chairman.
