Janitza Electronics, a German supplier of energy management and measurement systems, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Digimondo GmbH, a Hamburg-based specialist in IoT software. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Our vendor-independent platform consolidates energy data from various sources and makes it available in real time—for greater efficiency, automation, and compliance with legal requirements.
