Narda-MITEQ completed the acquisition of Amphenol Corporation.

Narda-MITEQ, a designing and manufacturing company focused on advanced radiofrequency and microwave components, completed the acquisition of Amphenol Corporation, a company focused on designing and manufacturing electrical, electronic, and fiber optic connectors. Financial terms were not disclosed.
