Sonnedix completed the acquisition of Rixiraba from Nordic Solar.

Sonnedix, an international renewable energy producer, completed the acquisition of Rixiraba, a Spanish company owning a 12.56 MWp ground-mounted photovoltaic plant in Badajoz, Extremadura, from Nordic Solar, a Danish renewable energy group. Financial terms were not disclosed.
