Süverkrüp and Auto Brinkmann to acquire the Lübeck Branch of Mercedes-Benz.

Süverkrüp, a long-standing, family-owned German automotive group, and Auto Brinkmann, a large, multi-brand German, agreed to acquire the Lübeck Branch automotive group of Mercedes-Benz, an automobile manufacturer that offers luxury cars, commercial vehicles, and automotive services. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Two family-owned companies with a lot of experience combine their strengths here. Our common goal is to create an outstanding customer experience in Lübeck and to be an attractive employer for the region," Constantin Niemann, Süverkrüp Group Managing Partner.
