Vistria and Kohlberg-backed Daybright Financial, a firm specializing in employee benefits and retirement plans, completed the acquisition of Spectrum Pension Consultants, an independent retirement third-party administrator. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We’re excited to welcome Petros, Yannis, and the entire Spectrum team to Daybright.
