O2 Investment Partners-backed Modular Devices, a provider of mobile and modular medical imaging equipment labs and cleanroom solutions, completed the investment in Transcend Imaging, a company specialising in enhanced medical imaging services. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The partnership with Transcend Imaging deepens Modular’s exposure in the mobile MR space and diversifies our product offering.
