Fragadis to acquire Líder Aliment.

Fragadis, a family-owned SPAR Spain wholesaler operating across Catalonia and Valencia, agreed to acquire Líder Aliment, a family-owned company operating the SPAR license in Extremadura and Eastern Andalusia. Financial terms were not disclosed.
