JP Morgan Asset Management and QuinSpark Investment Partners to acquire the France Campus portfolio of NN Group and CBRE Investment Management for €190m.

JP Morgan Asset Management, an asset manager for individuals, advisors and institutions, and QuinSpark Investment Partners, a European investment platform specializing in the ownership and management of hospitality and student housing assets, agreed to acquire the France Campus portfolio of NN Group, an insurance and investment management company that offers life and non-life, group and individual, motor, transport, fire, liability, travel, and income insurance, and CBRE Investment Management, a global real assets investment management firm, for €190m.
