KLAR Partners-backed Sandbäckens completed the acquisition of Nordvalvet and Caeli.

KLAR Partners-backed Sandbäckens, a Sweden-based construction company that provides sprinkler systems and industrial services, completed the acquisition of Nordvalvet AB and Caeli AB, two Sweden-based ventilation companies. Financial terms were not disclosed. The acquisitions strengthen Sandbäckens’ position in the Stockholm region and expand its presence in the ventilation segment as part of its continued growth strategy.
