ApoBank-backed apoFinanz, a financial services provider for health professionals, agreed to merge with AXA Germany-backed Deutsche Ärzte Finanz, a financial services provider specializing in the academic healthcare professions. Financial terms were not disclosed. "By combining the expertise of both companies and their sales partners, we want to provide the best possible support for our customers' growing need for advice.
