Equitix, an international fund specializing in infrastructure investment, completed the acquisition of a 350 MW wind power portfolio from Capital Energy, a wind and solar energy developer, for €1bn. The deal represents a significant boost to the firm's roadmap, which aims to make it one of the leading renewable energy platforms in Spain.
