Park State Bank to merge with First National Bank of Chisholm.

Park State Bank, a full-service financial institution, agreed to merge with First National Bank of Chisholm, a full-service community bank. Financial terms are not disclosed. “This is more than a merger—it’s a meaningful step forward for the communities we already serve.
