Satori Electric to merge with Hagiwara Electric Holdings.

Satori Electric, a distributor of electronic parts and equipment in Japan and internationally, agreed to merge with Hagiwara Electric Holdings, a company that specializes in the design, development, and manufacturing of electronic components and materials. Financial terms were not disclosed.
