EQT and CPP Investments to acquire NEOGOV from Warburg Pincus and Carlyle.

EQT and CPP Investments, two investment organizations, agreed to acquire NEOGOV, a government software company, from Warburg Pincus, a global private equity firm, and Carlyle, an investment firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Local governments are the backbone of our communities. Our mission is to help them operate more efficiently and serve citizens more effectively.
