Tractive completed the acquisition of Whistle from Mars Petcare.

Tractive, GPS tracking and pet health insights company, completed the acquisition of Whistle, the pet wearable brand, from Mars Petcare, a company providing pet nutrition, health, and care products and services. Financial terms were not disclosed. "This acquisition is a defining moment for Tractive.
