Sirmet completed the acquisition of Artemise.

Sirmet, an environmental services company engaged in metal recycling, scrap processing, and industrial waste recovery, completed the acquisition of Artemise, a company specializing in the collection and processing of electrical and electronic waste. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Joining the Sirmet Group opens up new perspectives for our site and our teams.
