Everstone to acquire Everyondr from Yondr.

Everstone, a private equity and real estate investment firm, agreed to acquire Everyondr, a joint venture between Everstone Group and Yondr, from Yondr, a global developer, owner, and operator of hyperscale data centers. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Everstone will assume full ownership of the venture, further expanding its digital infrastructure platform in the region," Yondr statement.
