Phoenix Tower International to acquire Infracos from Bouygues Telecom and SFR for €870m.

Phoenix Tower International, a wireless infrastructure operator, offered to acquire Infracos, a joint venture managing approximately 3.7k wireless tower sites in medium‑density suburban areas of France from French telecom operators Bouygues Telecom and SFR, for €870m. “This transaction would be a natural and exciting next step in our growth trajectory with strong existing partners in a market where we already have an outstanding local team.
