Türkerler Group completed the acquisition of a remaining 51% stake in Ankara Etlik Hastane Saglik Hizmetleri Isletme Yatirim from Astaris Group.

Türkerler Group, a Turkish conglomerate active in construction, energy, real estate, and healthcare public–private partnerships projects, completed the acquisition of a remaining 51% stake in Ankara Etlik Hastane Saglik Hizmetleri Isletme Yatirim, a special purpose vehicle, which is a holder of the concession for the construction and management of the Etlik Integrated Health Campus hospital in Ankara, from Astaris Group, an Italian engineering and construction company. Financial terms were not disclosed.
