Quadreal completed the acquisition of UK Purpose Built Student Accommodation from Apollo Global for £500m.

Quadreal, a global real estate investment, development and operating company, completed the acquisition of UK Purpose Built Student Accommodation (PBSA), a modern and rapidly growing part of the housing market that is specifically designed to meet the needs of students from Apollo Global, is a major American asset management firm that specializes in alternative investments, for £500m. “This transaction is fully aligned with our fundamentals-driven residential strategy in Europe, and student accommodation is a crucial sector for us.
