Payroc, a North American merchant acquirer and payment technology provider, completed the aqcuisition of BlueSnap, a global payment orchestration and AR automation platform. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Joining Payroc gives BlueSnap's customers direct access to industry-leading acquiring relationships and a broader partner ecosystem.
