Heidelberg Materials North America to acquire BURNCO Rock Products

Heidelberg Materials North America, a supplier of cement, aggregates, ready mixed concrete, asphalt, and other building materials, agreed to acquire BURNCO Rock Products, a construction materials company that provides products such as aggregates, paving asphalt, and ready mix concrete. Financial terms are not disclosed. “With our latest acquisition, we are significantly expanding our aggregates business in an attractive market as we continue on our ambitious growth path in North America. Our customers will benefit from an extended network of aggregates and ready-mixed concrete sites, reflecting our disciplined pure-play product strategy as recently outlined in our Strategy 2030,” Dr Dominik von Achten, Heidelberg Materials Chairman of the Managing Board.
