BOLD, a global career-technology company, Iron Corp US, a recently incorporated advertising agency operating in the communications sector, and PartnerOne, an enterprise software conglomerate, completed the acquisition of Careerbuilder + Monster. Financial terms were not disclosed. With the close of these transactions, we are ushering in a new phase for our businesses, our employees, and our clients.
