Goldman Sachs-backed Adler & Allan, a pollution prevention services provider, completed the acquisition of E&E Group, an engineering and environmental services company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "This acquisition marks another key milestone in our ambitious growth strategy to create a unified suite of environmental services across the UK and internationally.
