Westbrooke Alternative Asset Management and RMB Corvest completed the acquisition of of Motormax.

Westbrooke Alternative Asset Management, which offers a range of alternative investment funds, and RMB Corvest, which provides a wide range of financial services, completed the acquisition of Motormax, a manufacturer of vehicle safety electronics. Financial terms were not disclosed.
