Foster Clark Products completed the acquisition of Preziosi Food.

Foster Clark Products, a global food and beverage company specializing in a diverse range of products, including desserts, baking aids, and baking aids, completed the acquisition of Preziosi Food, an Italian manufacturer of branded and private label chips and savory snacks. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This acquisition represents an important strategic step for our expansion in Europe and allows us to enter the Italian market through an industrial player of excellence.
