The Sterling Group and Capitol Meridian Partners Capital-backed PrimeFlight Aviation Services completed the acquisition of cargo handling operations at MIA, RIC, SJU from Saltchuk Aviation Capital-backed StratAir.

The Sterling Group and Capitol Meridian Partners Capital-backed PrimeFlight Aviation Services, a provider of aviation services, including aircraft maintenance, cargo handling, and safety technology, completed the acquisition of cargo handling operations at Miami International Airport (MIA), Richmond International Airport (RIC), and Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport in San Juan (SJU) from Saltchuk Aviation Capital-backed StratAir, a freight company specializing in scheduled air freight, charters, ground handling services, and warehousing. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This acquisition is a key step forward in our mission to build a world-class, integrated cargo handling network.
