L&G, a financial services company, Allegis Capital, a venture capital firm, and Lightrock, a private equity firms led a $55m Series C round in Ultromics, an AI-driven cardiology solutions company, with participation from GV, Oxford Science Enterprises, UPMC Enterprises, Blue Venture, UCM Ventures, and University of Oxford. "Ultromics has established itself as an early-mover in the large and underserved cardiovascular disease market, having developed one of the first commercially available AI-powered diagnostic echocardiogram technologies.
