Xylem completed the acquisition of EnviroMix from GEF Capital.

Xylem, a global water technology company that provides a range of products and services focused on solving water-related challenges, completed the acquisition of EnviroMix, a designer and manufacturer of engineered-to-order, performance-proven technologies that improve water quality and reduce energy consumption for a wide variety of applications in the treatment process from GEF Capital, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed.
