Middleby, a manufacturer innovative cooking equipment, completed the acquisition of Frigomeccanica, an all-Italian furnishing technology for bars, ice cream and pastry shops company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Frigomeccanica brings complementary product expertise and extensive engineering capabilities to our food processing business.
