Dura completed the acquisition of Gårdsmark.

Dura, a Swedish property-services group focused on roofing, insulation, ventilation and related building-environment maintenance, has completed the acquisition of Gårdsmark, a Borlänge-based specialist in groundworks, drainage and sewage solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed.
