JF Group completed the acquisition of Maverick Petroleum Services.

JF Group, a provider of turn-key distribution, construction and service solutions, completed the acquisition of Maverick Petroleum Services, Arizona-based contractor specializing in petroleum equipment services. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This acquisition is an exciting step in our continued growth strategy.
