Forum Media Group, a media group, completed the acquisition of WEKA Austria, a specialized provider of legal solutions, from WEKA Group, a omnichannel provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The integration into the Forum Media Group strengthens our position in the market and opens up new opportunities for us to successfully implement digital innovations, tap into new customer groups and further develop our media company’s offering in a targeted manner,” Beatrice Schmidt, WEKA Austria General Manager.
